You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from Jasmine USA Perfume within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include all original packaging and accessories.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange Policy
